I read this article on Trauma and then sent it to my team. It really underpins what lots of our staff are feeling at the moment - exhausted, burnt out, from constant vicarious trauma. I am wondering what I can do to help out.

I also read this article on staff happiness and thought about some stuff that I could try to keep our team working together. I'd really like to use the one about emailing someone a thank-you, and might do it on Friday at the end of the morning briefing.
