Roamers

Today I stood in the door of Ihutai and watched as students worked in different spaces. Occasionally students would roam through, and I'd ask them where they were supposed to be. Some of them didn't know because they were late for the day. Some of them lied. Some of them turned around and went back to their space. Some of them ignored and kept walking. My question is, how do we increase accountability systems in order to create accountability in our student body. There are some solutions - Creating accountability systems that each puna ako must use. - Somehow creating a roll for each space that needs to be taken whether through linc-ed or something else. - having someone round up and gather the roamers into a space. Problems with the solutions - Systems should be catered to different puna ako, but there needs to be some non-negiotiables that we agree to. - Rolls are so horrible to create through linc-ed they take too long and are cumbersome. - The third solution takes someone o...
