Because we have lots of special needs kids with behavioural issues.
What you are looking to improve in ākonga achievement/success through this TAI?

Their ability to being able to manage their emotions and restore issues with other students
How do you know that aspect of achievement/success needs improving? (what is your evidence)
Because there are widespread behavioural issues amongst our special needs students and teachers are finding it difficult to restore with them
How are you contributing to the current situation? What is your hunch about it?
There needs to be some different ways of exploring and communicating emotions for special needs students to understand and build empathy.
What new learning do you think you need to engage in in order to develop this?’
Teacher learning must be connected to identified learner needs.
