We had to choose a quote that represented us. I chose this one because I finally feel at home in a school where I can innovate, and am not shut down by leaders.

I love this matrix of managing complex change. Looking at what can be caused when things are missing.
We looked at the difference between first order change and second order change and the different strategies needed to support both of these.
We looked at some of the complex systems and theories around change and I would like to explore some of these further.
And we looked at some of the different types of change in this diagram below. I really like the idea of "best practice" being really traditional, and we actually need to look at next practice now.
One thing I have taken away from this day that I want to explore further is some of the stuff around complex systems, and the different ideas and research that I'd like to look at in more depth.
