Adam's reluctance

Seems Adam was very reluctant to change in the meeting today. He seems to be quite a proponent in the team. I wonder if I should approach him individually first when talking about ideas or changes so that he has time to grasp them before the team meeting. He would be a great ally to have on-side. He doesn't like things being sprung on him I think, especially if he is not expecting them and doesn't agree with them initially. He needs time to think on the issues and the ideas and their affects on Kōrepo.
