A challenge I am aware of is new people coming into the team and changing the dynamics, us adapting as a team to that.

I think we're all on a similar page in terms of learning, I'm excited to see what it will look like.

While it might seem repetitive, Jono, the slow influx of new staff allows you to revisit key aspects, in context. I know you will invest time and thought into the "relationship cake" to make it big enough to survive a few bites as the year progresses. That seems quite a natural space for you - the relationship space, and this will keep you vigilant about making that work with and for your staff
